Vice Chair
For the past 15 years, Ashley Hlebinsky has been immersed in the study of firearms history, technology, and culture becoming one of the nation’s foremost authorities on the subject.
Dustin Lynn Jones
Board Member
Dustin Jones, CPA is a Board Member and Chief Financial Officer (SVP) of Armscor Precision International, headquartered in Pahrump, Nevada. He joined Armscor in 2013.
Rob Pincus
Board Member
Rob is an educator, author and entrepreneur who has worked in the firearms industry for over 20 years. He is the owner of I.C.E. Training Company, the Executive Director of Personal Defense Network and the developer of the Combat Focus Shooting Program, which has been the core of many curricula used over the past decade by hundreds of defensive shooting instructors around the world.
Jake Wiskerchen
Board Member
Jake is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, National Certified Counselor, and owner of Zephyr Wellness. He is also a lifelong firearms owner and Second Amendment supporter, which makes Jake uniquely positioned to help bridge the gap and eliminate the suspicion between gun culture and mental health.
John Renzulli

John Renzulli is the founding partner of Renzulli Law Firm. Mr. Renzulli is national counsel to manufacturers, importers and retailers of firearms and ammunition.

A people-person with a desire to make an impact, he is a perceptive and highly engaging strategic adviser, trainer, facilitator, and executive coach working with both elite leaders and organizations.

Eddie Davenport
Advisory Board Member
Eddie is passionate about the mission of WTTA and routinely is a guest on podcasts talking about the organization. Eddie understands the need to train mental health counselors in the gun culture world while helping gun owners maintain their own mental well-being without fear or stigma.
Brandon Covey
Advisory Board Member
Brandon Covey, MA, LPC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is currently practicing in Alliance, OH. Brandon is eager to bring his personal testimony, training experience, and mental health knowledge to WTTA.
DB Palmer
Advisory Board Member
DB is a consummate team builder and incurable optimist. He’s also a licensed psychotherapist, holding licensure in numerous states, and is certified in numerous specialties, such as: first responder counselor, clinical adventure therapist, integrative mental health, as well as a board approved clinical supervisor in several states.
