Michael Sodini

Founder and Executive Director

​​Michael leads WTTA’s national partnerships, conference participation, and educational initiatives. As a frequent panelist and speaker, he provides an informed perspective on responsible firearm ownership, suicide prevention collaboration, and cross-sector engagement.

He oversees the development of WTTA’s educational resources, national surveys, and outreach efforts, helping ensure the organization’s work reflects real-world input from firearm owners, industry professionals, and mental health leaders.

Michael is widely recognized for his ability to engage in productive dialogue on sensitive issues, finding common ground while maintaining clarity and conviction in his perspective.

Kevin Berry

External Director of Marketing

Kevin leads WTTA’s national messaging, educational resource development, and survey initiatives through his firm, Marketing Stable. He and his team support partnership strategy, grant collaboration, and cross-sector communications, helping ensure WTTA’s work remains culturally informed, educational, and aligned with responsible firearm ownership principles.

Kids to Kings Leadership

Devin Perkins

Founder, Kids to Kings

Devin developed the original vision for Kids to Kings and partnered with WTTA to expand the program’s reach and structure. His foundational concept continues to guide the initiative’s emphasis on education, responsibility, and mentorship.

Kevin Dixie

Lead Instructor & Program Lead, Kids to Kings

Kevin serves as the program’s primary instructional leader and day-to-day operational leader. He oversees curriculum execution, instructor standards, and on-the-ground training, ensuring consistent emphasis on responsible firearm handling, safety culture, and mentorship.

His leadership provides the operational backbone and national presence of Kids to Kings events.
