Executive Leadership
Michael Sodini
Founder, Chairman of the Board, and CEO
Michael Sodini founded Walk the Talk America in 2018 to bring firearm owners, mental health professionals, researchers, and industry leaders together around practical approaches to suicide prevention and responsible firearm ownership.
Drawing on nearly three decades in the firearm industry, including serving as president of Eagle Imports, Mike brings executive experience, cultural knowledge, and firsthand perspective to WTTA’s national partnerships, educational initiatives, and public engagement. His ability to introduce perspectives that may be missing from the conversation helps lower defensiveness, create common ground, and make productive dialogue possible across communities that do not always begin from the same point of view.
Kevin Berry
Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)
Kevin Berry serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Walk the Talk America, where he leads strategic initiatives, program planning, research collaborations, and organizational growth efforts focused on reducing negative outcomes associated with firearms while strengthening mental health engagement within firearm-owning communities.
Kids to Kings Leadership
Devin Perkins
Founder, Kids to Kings
Devin developed the original vision for Kids to Kings and partnered with WTTA to expand the program’s reach and structure. His foundational concept continues to guide the initiative’s emphasis on education, responsibility, and mentorship.
Kevin Dixie
Lead Instructor & Program Lead, Kids to Kings
Kevin serves as the program’s primary instructional leader and day-to-day operational leader. He oversees curriculum execution, instructor standards, and on-the-ground training, ensuring consistent emphasis on responsible firearm handling, safety culture, and mentorship.
His leadership provides the operational backbone and national presence of Kids to Kings events.

Kenny Barlow
Volunteer Podcast Audio Producer
Kenny serves as a volunteer audio producer for WTTA’s Guns & Mental Health podcast, overseeing audio editing and production to support consistent quality and distribution across platforms. His contribution helps WTTA sustain an ongoing educational dialogue with firearm-owning and professional communities.
