Ruger Donates to WTTA in Support of Suicide Prevention
Sturm, Ruger & Co., Inc. has proudly doubled its donation to Walk the Talk America (WTTA), an organization founded in 2018 by industry veteran Michael Sodini. Through formal education, outreach, and engagement with the mental health and firearms communities, WTTA aspires to reduce firearm suicides and other negative incidents associated with firearms ownership.

Finding Success in Our Cultural Competence Class
One of WTTA’s many missions is education. Not just to firearms owners about mental health matters, but also to mental health practitioners about gun culture. As of this writing, more than 400 people have attended At the Intersection of Guns and Mental Health, our three-hour suicide prevention and firearms cultural competency course.

Statement on the Virginia Beach tragedy
