Shawn Kitchell

Shawn is a seasoned executive leader with more than three decades of experience driving growth, transformation, and operational excellence across organizations ranging from $1 million to $22 billion in global revenues. His career spans diverse industries, markets, geographies, and sales channels providing a broad and adaptable foundation for leadership. He brings a systems-based approach to his work and thrives on building high-performing teams and tackling complex problems with thoughtful, innovative and collaborative solutions.

Shawn currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Board of Directors for Regal Products, a company that has been a leader in firearm safety solutions and outdoor sporting accessories for more than 35 years. In his tenure as CEO, Shawn has expanded the Company’s reach and mission into the suicide prevention and consumer firearm safety space, reflecting his passion and personal commitment for bringing new approaches to these tragic problems. His team has built relationships and works closely with the NSSF (Project Childsafe), the VA, the US military, law enforcement, government agencies, nonprofits, universities, and healthcare organizations, as well as the major OEM firearm manufacturers and retailers.

Prior to Regal Products, Shawn served as the Board President & CEO of Madico, a leading global manufacturer of highly engineered materials and solutions serving the automotive, architectural, aerospace, and healthcare markets, with operations and sales in over 100 countries. Shawn holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering, an MS in Management, has completed post graduate work in Applied Management and Decision Sciences, and is certified in LEAN Management and Six Sigma.
